How long does delivery take?
Orders inside Dhaka usually arrive in 1–2 days and outside Dhaka in 2–4 days. Delivery times can vary during holidays.
Can I pay with Cash on Delivery?
Yes. You can pay in cash when the delivery person hands over your parcel.
How much is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge depends on your district and is shown on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
Can I return or exchange a toy?
If a toy arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will help you with a replacement.
How do I choose a toy for my child’s age?
Use “Shop by age” or the Age filter on the shop page. Each product also lists its recommended age range.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
After you place an order you will see an order number on screen. Our team may call you to confirm the delivery address.
