Refund Policy

If your return is approved and we cannot send a replacement, we refund you in full for the product.

How refunds are paid

• By bKash, Nagad or bank transfer — you choose
• Refunds are sent within 7 working days after we receive the returned product
• If the problem was our mistake, we also refund the delivery charge

Cancelled orders

You can cancel an order any time before it is handed to the courier. Cash on Delivery orders need no refund because you have not paid yet.
