Return Policy

We check every product before dispatch. If something is still not right, we will make it right.

When you can return

• The product arrived damaged or broken
• You received a different product, colour or size than you ordered
• The product has a manufacturing fault

How to return

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery — call or WhatsApp us at +8801972539328.
• Share your order number and a photo or video of the problem (an unboxing video helps a lot).
• Keep the product with its box, tags and all parts.
• We arrange a replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not available.

Not returnable

• Products that are used, washed or damaged by the customer
• Change of mind after the parcel has been received
• Products without their original box or parts
